This Saturday, March 4th, we have a full day of Wake County Athletics action as Millbrook and Southeast Raleigh's women's basketball teams play a Wake County heavyweight showdown, and Leesville Road's men's basketball team continues their Cinderella run, all for a chance at the women's and men's basketball State Championships.
Leesville Road (21-9) makes their second ever appearance in the Regional championship game after an impressive run, upsetting DH Conley, Overhills, Garner Magnet, and Seventy-First. They will play 2 seed South Central (27-1) at 2:00 pm in Fayetteville State University's Capel Arena. For more on Leesville's impressive playoff run click here.
Top seeded Southeast Raleigh (31-0) and three seed Millbrook (28-3) will meet Saturday, March 4th, at 6:00 pm in the March F. Riddle Center at Methodist University. This is the first time these two powerhouses will meet this season and it should prove to be a great game.
Millbrook will be looking to make their second straight appearance in the 4A State Championship game with hopes to repeat last year's championship winning run. For more on Millbrook's playoff run click here.

Tickets to these games are $9.00 and can be purchased at the gate of the venue on Saturday, March 4th.
The winners of these games will play in the State Championship games a week later, March 11th. The women's game will be held at NC State's William Neal Reynolds Coliseum and the men's game will be held in UNC's Dean E. Smith Center.
