The Covid-19 Pre-Participation Health Questionnaire must be printed, filled out, and signed by both parent and student. The form must be turned in on the first day of workouts.
WE ARE BACK!!!! In order to make this reopening go smoothly and safely, ONLY men's soccer, men and women's lacrosse, swim/dive, cheer, and men and women's basketball are now OPEN. Please follow the posted guidelines so we can continue to add sports throughout the year.
Anyone that plans to tryout/workout for swim/dive, cheerleading, men's and women's basketball MUST complete registration link below this post. You must also print out the COVID PRE PARTICIPATION HEALTH FORM in the link and bring with you the first time you report to your scheduled workout.
At this time, ONLY SWIM/DIVE, CHEERLEADING, MEN'S AND WOMEN'S BASKETBALL, MEN'S SOCCER, MEN AND WOMEN'S LACROSSE should be completing the online registration. Swimming will close registration on Nov. 16th and Basketball and Cheerleading registration will close on November 30. Dates for registration for the next set of sports that are reopening will be posted soon.
Schedules for workouts for THESE SPORTS will be sent from individual coaches. They will provide specific instructions to you on the processes of arriving, workouts, departures. Also which pods you will be in, staggered arrival times, and rules and regulations that we all must follow to continue with sports.
