Women Lacrosse Workouts

Green Hope is excited to provide an opportunity for preseason women’s lacrosse workouts! We will have four opportunities throughout the month of December. The dates are:

Friday 12/04/2020 4:45-6:30 pm 

Friday 12/11/2020 4:45-6:30 pm

Wednesday 12/16/2020 4:45-6:30 pm

Friday 12/18/2020 4:45-6:30 pm

All workouts will be held on the practice field (located off of the carpool lane). Rides should enter campus via the carpool lane drop-off and drivers should not leave until the student-athlete passes the health screening. Please be aware of the times for the workouts; there will be no late acceptance or loitering after. Players will have to be screened and wear masks when not actively working out or playing. 

Be sure to come dressed for the weather. Bring a water bottle and your facemask in addition to your standard lacrosse equipment. All athletes should bring both running shoes and cleats. 

Athletes MUST complete the following Google Form prior to attending any workouts. Athletes are also responsible for turning in all required paperwork prior to attending any workouts. All athletes must be registered through the NAS online system. It is found on the GHHS athletics website. All medical documents must be uploaded to the registration system.
