Southeast Raleigh will be heading to their third 4A Women's Basketball State Championship game in four years after taking down reigning State Champions, Millbrook, 47-31.

Southeast Raleigh claimed the East Regional Championship after a tough, low scoring, defensive win.

After Junior, Jada McMillian made two free throws to put Southeast Raleigh up 30-29, the Bulldogs never looked back.

Southeast Raleigh shut down Millbrook's offense in the 4th quarter and it was not until there was 1:53 left in the game when Millbrook posted their first points of the quarter.

McMillian lead all scorers with 18 points with 12 points coming from the line.

Southeast Raleigh will look to cap off a spectacular season. They take on Northwest Guilford this Saturday, March 11 in the 4A Girls Basketball State Championship.

The game will take place at NC State's Reynolds Coliseum and will tip off at 2:30 pm.
