Playoffs are underway! WCPSS baseball teams competed in their first round of the NCHSAA playoffs last week as each team fought to stay alive and play another day. For a complete list of last weeks results, and to find out who has moved on, please read below!

Softball

WCPSS softball teams also completed their first and second rounds of the NCHSAA state playoffs last week! Four of our programs remain in the chase after several close match-ups, some of which came down to the final innings. For a complete list of last weeks results, please read below!

Women's Soccer

WCPSS women's soccer teams have begun their chase for the state championship completing rounds one and two of the NCHSAA playoff last week! Men's Lacrosse

The WCPSS men's lacrosse playoffs continued last week with even more great match-ups! Middle Creek remains as the only WCPSS team in the chase for the State Championship! For a complete list of last weeks results, please read below.

Women's Lacrosse

Apex women's lacrosse remained as the only WCPSS program to compete in the NCHSAA playoffs by the end of last week. They dropped a tough game to Cardinal Gibbons on Friday, ending their 2018 season. Congratulations to all of our women's lacrosse programs on a great year! Men's Golf

The 2018 Men's Golf State Championship Tournament was held last week on Monday and Tuesday at Pinehurst #6 in Pinehurst, NC. Congratulations to the Broughton men's golf teams on their 2018 State Championship! The team was +25 over the two-day tournament which was enough to earn them the three stroke victory. To view individual and team results from last week's tournament, please view the document below:

Men's Tennis

WCPSS men's tennis teams competed in the 2018 NCHSAA Individual State Championships last weekend. Congratulations Trice Pickens from Panther Creek on his 2018 Individual State Championship!
