***ATHLETIC PHYSICALS***

Physical Day is being held on Thursday, May 19th from 2:30 - 5:00 in the main gym at Fuquay-Varina High School.  Cost is $5.00, which is donated to the FVHS Athletic Department.

All athletes must have a current athletic physical on file with our athletic trainer prior to attending summer workouts and/or tryouts in August.  

SUMMER WORKOUTS

RETURNING JV and VARSITY PLAYERS:

• June 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 28, and 30:  (8:00 am - 11:00 am)
• July 11, 12, 14, 25, 26, and 28:  (8:00 am - 11:00 am)

TRYOUTS:

• August 1st (Initial Cuts) - 2:00 - 4:30
• August 2nd (Final Cuts) - 2:00 - 4:30

*PRACTICES WILL START ON Wednesday, August 3rd. TIMES TO BE DETERMINED.
