Dear JV and Varsity Players and Parents, 

Its time to celebrate PCHS Men's Lacrosse with an end of the season banquet, and we are hoping that you and your family can attend. 

What: Dinner and Awards Banquet (Italian Buffet & Cake)
Where: Brier Creek Country Club-Ballroom

Raleigh, NC 
When: Thursday, May 19, 2016
Time: 6:30-9:30pm
Price: $15.00 per person 

What we need from you: 
- Please RSVP by Wednesday, May 4th to Dawn Andreala at threeboyz4me@hotmail.com 

By Monday, May 9th, please send a check or cash for your total attending party (e.g. 2 parents, 1 player, 1 sibling = 4*15 or $60) made payable to to Dawn Andreala. Please put your son's name and total attending on your check or a note with cash in an envelope to my attention. 
-Drop off check to either Coach Andreala or Coach Haine no later than Monday May 9th. 

Our apologies in advance, but in order to attend you must RSVP and make payment by May 10th we we will ot have counted you in the catering order if you have not. Likewise, there are no refunds for those who RSVP and send money but do not attend.

We also need someone to put together a slide show for the banquet. There are pictures, we just need someone to coordinate to coordinate it. Contact if you can help out!

Jv rules 

*All players must be in academic good standing in order to participate.  

*Team Discipline. If at any time a student athlete is not in compliance with school and team rules, their will be a loss in playing time. 

*Student athletes are expected to treat facilities and equipment with care and respect. 

*Attendance. It is expected that every player be at all practices and games. If a player is going to miss practice or a game or leave practice early email coaching staff atleast 24 hours prior to practice or asap for family emergency and illness. 3 unexcused absences will be subject to loss of playing time. 

*All players should keep their equipment in safe and working condition at all times. Loss of playing time until equipment is in working order.

*All players are expected to show the highest standard of sportsmanship.

*Game night sign-out parents must see a coach  to sign your kid out.  

*Playing time is not guaranteed. If you have any question feel free to email the coaches, do not come up to any coaching staff after the game to talk about playing time. 

*It is a goal of Panther Creek Athletics to be ejection-free.
