Spring Sports Ticket To Play
If you are interested in a spring sport (boys & girls track & field, softball, boys soccer) please complete this form no later than February 16. This form will let our athletic trainer, Mrs. Mauder, know that you are interested in trying out for a spring sport on February 22 and this will begin your ticket to play process. In order to receive your ticket to play, which will be in the form of a wristband, you must be academically eligible and have all of your athletic paperwork submitted through DragonFly. Mrs. Mauder will verify your eligibility and athletic paperwork. If you pass both of those requirements, you will be given a wristband to wear on the first day of tryouts. This wristband is your ticket to play and will prove to the coach that you are cleared to be on the field or track. No wristband = No tryout, no exceptions! This form and all paperwork must be submitted no later than February 16. Wristbands will be distributed to in person students the week of November 14. Virtual academy students will receive their wristbands on the first day of tryouts from their coach. If you have any questions about DragonFly or the ticket to play process, please email Mrs. Mauder at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are looking forward to seeing our Dolphins play again this year!
Here is the pre-participation packet for the 2021-2022 school year. All students must complete the pre-participation packet prior to trying out for a sport. This packet will be valid for the entire 2021-2022 school year and will only need to be submitted once, with the exception of the doctor's physical exam. The physical exam is valid for 395 days from the date of the exam. If your physical exam is going to expire within the 2021-2022 school year, a new physical exam must be submitted. A student athlete will not be allowed to participate without a valid physical exam and the completed pre-participation packet. These pages must be submitted digitally, through our new online registration system, DragonFly Max, which is now up and running! Click the links below to receive directions on how to create your DragonFly Max account. Parents, when registering, please create the account under your name. Once you have an account, you will be able to add in your children. Once you have added in your children, you will see a To-Do list icon which will take you to all of the required forms. Your DragonFly Max account will also follow you to any WCPSS school you attend, and save all of your forms! Our athletic trainer, Trina Mauder, will email you confirmation on your DragonFly paperwork status, letting you know if you still need to submit anything or if your paperwork is complete. If you have any questions about DragonFly, please email Mrs. Mauder, at email@example.com.
