Winter Sports Ticket To Play

If you are interested in playing a winter sport (Girls Basketball, Boys Basketball, or Cheerleading) please complete this form no later than November 14th. This form will let our athletic trainer, Mr. Capel, know that you are interested in trying out for a fall sport on September 17th and this will begin your ticket to play process. In order to receive your ticket to play, which will be in the form of a wristband, you must be academically eligible and have all of your athletic paperwork submitted through DragonFly. Mr. Esposito will verify your eligibility and athletic paperwork. If you pass both of those requirements, you will be given a wristband to wear on the first day of tryouts. This wristband is your ticket to play and will prove to the coach that you are cleared. No wristband = No tryout, no exceptions! This form and all paperwork must be submitted no later than November 14th. Here is the pre-participation packet for the 2022-2023 school year.  All students must complete the pre-participation packet prior to trying out for a sport. This packet will be valid for the entire 2022-2023 school year and will only need to be submitted once, with the exception of the doctor's physical exam. The physical exam is valid for 395 days from the date of the exam. If your physical exam is going to expire within the 2022-2023 school year, a new physical exam must be submitted. A student athlete will not be allowed to participate without a valid physical exam and the completed pre-participation packet. These pages must be submitted digitally, through our new online registration system, DragonFly Max, which is now up and running! Click the links below to receive directions on how to create your DragonFly Max account. Parents, when registering, please create the account under your name. Once you have an account, you will be able to add in your children. Once you have added in your children, you will see a To-Do list icon which will take you to all of the required forms. Your DragonFly Max account will also follow you to any WCPSS school you attend, and save all of your forms!
