RALEIGH, N.C. — The NCHSAA held its 14th annual Cheerleading Invitational Championships at the Raleigh Convention Center. Over 100 teams competed in the event and Leesville Road High School took home the top prize, the Carolina Cup, presented to the highest scoring team across each of the 18 Varsity Divisons in the Competition.

The Pride won the Varsity Coed division with a score of 85.85, claiming the school’s first Carolina Cup.

Carolina Legacy has formed a Leesville Road Level 5 Tumble Class on Thursday nights from 8-9pm. This class works with Ziggy and is focused on fulls. (Must have a layout to attend the Level 5 class.)

Carolina Legacy will form an additional tumble class for Leesville Road for those working on tucks and layouts, if there is enough interest.
