Mulch, Hudl, and Cards? What are the funds used for?
We offer three fundraisers to help cover costs for running the football program. Two of these fundraisers are to help with field costs, uniforms, helmets and pads, as well as other team costs that make the season successful. Mulch Madness was successfully completed in March.
The 2nd fundraiser that is specific to each player, is the HUDL Campaign. HUDL is a video and performance tool coaches use for training and the players can make highlight videos for recruiting or review. The goal for 2019-20 is to raise $10,000 from May to June 13th to help with much needed equipment and jerseys. This fundraiser is an easy way for the boys to reach out to grandparents and other family and friends who would like to support the program but may not benefit from the Coupon Cards (see below). Each player is asked to provide 10 email addresses who will then be contacted directly by HUDL and will be ask for direct sponsorship to the program. This year, if 80% of players have one contributing sponsorship, the whole team will earn a pizza party! This money can be used toward the individual player's meal fee or camp fee. Players must raise the following to have the fees completely covered. We will not be able to take partial fees, players will need to raise the total cost to cover an event through the Hudl campaign.
The 3rd and last fundraiser Coupon Card Blitz. Players will be responsible for selling 20 cards at $20 per card. Be on the lookout for the Coupon Cards at the first official practice of the season in August.

How to register? Each player who attends must complete the online registration form AND submit a payment online

Each player will be responsible for paying $120 for pre-game meals. Check or cash will be accepted at the Parent - Player Meeting on August 3rd, 2019. Please make checks out to PCAB (Panther Creek Athletic Boosters).
Payment may also be made online. Stay tuned for details regarding online payment options.
Each game requires many volunteers to help keep the game running smoothly on and off the field. Please consider signing up to help with chain-gang, clocks, and press box.
Selling concessions is a great way to volunteer while helping the Athletics Booster Club raise the funds needed to run our athletic programs at PCHS. Serving one or two shifts is a great way to connect with other parents of athletes. Donate a few hours of your time... it really is fun and easy!
Come on out and join the team for some paintball fun to wind down after exams.
